5. Entry Limit

Limit [one (1)] entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants may nominate the same teacher; however, no more than one (1) prize may be awarded per nominated teacher/classroom, school, household, or email address, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entries generated by script, bots, macros, automated means, or any other mechanical or fraudulent method are void and may be disqualified.

If multiple entrants nominate the same teacher and a winning entry is selected, Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion which entry will be deemed the winning entry associated with that teacher.

6. Random Drawing

On or about [8.14], Sponsor or Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select four (4) potential winning entries. The nominated teacher/classroom associated with each selected entry will be eligible to receive the Prize, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners and/or nominated teachers may be notified using the contact information provided on the entry form within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, changed, incomplete, or undeliverable contact information. Notification is deemed to have occurred upon sending.

A potential winner and/or nominated teacher may be required to complete and return documentation, which may include a declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, school authorization, and any information needed to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize. If a potential winner or nominated teacher cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond or provide required documentation, declines the prize, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the applicable prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winning entry may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

If a school, school district, employer, or applicable policy prohibits acceptance of the Prize, Sponsor may disqualify the applicable nomination and select an alternate potential winning entry.

9. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value

Four (4) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of Sponsor’s purchase and shipment of eligible classroom supply items from the nominated teacher’s submitted classroom wishlist, up to a maximum value of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) per winning classroom (each, a “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: up to $2,500. Total ARV of all Prizes available in the Sweepstakes: up to $10,000.

Sponsor will determine, in its sole discretion, which wishlist items are eligible for purchase and fulfillment. Prize items may be shipped directly to the nominated teacher, school, or other verified delivery address approved by Sponsor. No cash, check, gift card, or prize substitution will be provided, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute unavailable items or prize components with items of comparable or greater value. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance or use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Prohibited or restricted items may include, without limitation, cash equivalents, gift cards, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, controlled substances, political materials, personal-use items unrelated to classroom needs, or any item prohibited by school policy or applicable law.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s and/or nominated teacher’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, school name, city/state of residence or school location, statements, and prize information for advertising, promotional, publicity, and other purposes in any media without additional compensation, notification, or permission. Sponsor may require execution of publicity releases and receipt of any required teacher, school, district, employer, or other approvals before publishing or otherwise using any teacher, classroom, or school identity, images, likenesses, statements, or related content.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation or termination, Sponsor may award the Prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action was taken.

15. Governing Law and Limitation of Liability

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor, or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of any other laws.

BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; AND (B) ENTRANT’S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES, IF ANY, AND ENTRANT WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

16. Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to finally settle all disputes through binding arbitration, except that Sponsor may seek injunctive or equitable relief in state or federal courts located in Connecticut. Arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis only and not as a class, collective, or representative action. Any arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") pursuant to its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator and shall take place in Fairfield County, Connecticut, unless the parties agree otherwise.
